I put in an order to deliver flowers for my aunt after 1pm when the website states that they can’t guarantee delivery the same day if orders are put in after 1pm. This was fine with me if they delivered the next day but the owner called me and said the delivery person went home but she would hand deliver the flowers herself to make sure they got to my aunt the same day. The flowers turned out absolutely beautiful and due to this interaction, this will be my go to florist! Supporting small business is easy when you have owners that really care

I ordered the Deluxe Serenity Arrangement and matching casket cover for my mother-in-law’s funeral. Before ordering, I asked how tall and full the arrangements would be because I didn’t want them to look too small in the church. I was told they couldn’t provide an exact size but could make them larger if needed, and I agreed to pay more if additional flowers were required. Unfortunately, the arrangements delivered did not resemble what was ordered. The design I selected included fuji mums, mini carnations, and a noticeable color gradient, but what was delivered was mostly carnations and daisies with much less fullness and no gradient. It did not appear comparable to the arrangement advertised and did not feel worth the cost. The visitation began at 9:30 a.m., but I was told delivery the morning of the service was “too early,” so the flowers were delivered at 1 p.m. the day before. I was assured they would still be fresh the next day. Additionally, there was a prompt to tip during checkout even though a delivery fee was already charged and the final product had not yet been seen. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, especially given the circumstances of ordering flow

Highly recommend this place for very fresh flower arrangements! I’ve ordered from Accent Florist both for delivery and for pick up before, and been really delighted with what I received. The staff here are so kind and helpful and amazing at building you a custom bouquet based on your budget and any flower/color preferences you might have.

Stopped by recently and got 4 bouquets of 8 roses for a graduate celebration and to be honest it was my first time in so i was worried a bit but let me say this, this place does not disappoint!! That whole team in their is amazing and they are so welcoming and helpful. One young women with green eyes took the time to help me mix and match what i wanted and she wrapped them up for me so beautifully and finished it all off with some bows. They amount of money i spent was so worth it and i will definitely come back for future occasions. Thanks to the whole team for being so helpful and welcoming!!

I came in looking for a bunch of flowers for my friend's birthday and they didn't have any pre-made. I wasn't looking for anytjing specific, just something cute. Nikki walked me through their cooler and she helped me make such a beautiful, custom bouquet for my friend! This was my first time here and designing my own bouquet, it was so much fun and so much worth the money to make a custom bouquet! Very affordable too! My friend cried when she received it as she was so happy! Will be coming here for all my flower needs now! Such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend Accent Florist!
